Shops and restaurants can be reached on foot in 2 to 5 minutes and all apartments have a terrace offering mountain views. The Sölden Ski Area is reachable within a 35-minute ride on the shuttle bus. From 1 December 2016 to 30 April 2017 the Niederthai Card is included in the price offering free use of all elevators, cross-country skiing tracks, sledge tracks, a Stuibenfall lantern hike, a cross-country skiing lesson, biathlon once per person and the use of the public ski bus.
