Die Lage ist sehr besonders. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus loswandern. Trotz zwei angrenzenden Straßen relativ ruhig, wenn man von der aussen liegenden Heizungsanlage absieht. Das Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer. WLAN ist super. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Zwei Bäder, eins Wannenbad, eins mit Dusche. Wohn- und Schlafbereich sind durch die Treppe gut getrennt.

Tasteful chalet with every comfort, directly on the Filzsteinalpe in the middle of a breathtaking mountain world (1,600 m above sea level). A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature at its finest. Highlights : 5% discount on bike rental Activities nearby : The Durlassboden reservoir is a high mountain lake in the Wildgerlos valley, surrounded by the beautiful peaks of the Zillertal Alps. Here you will also find the highest surfing and sailing school, boat rentals, a lido with a children's playground and barbecue area and a cozy restaurant. Despite the altitude, the water warms up to 20°C in midsummer. But your holiday home is also the perfect starting point for other activities. A Nordic walking route is only 300 m away from the house and the next hiking trail can be reached in 500 m. A beautiful cycle path leads through the Wildgerlostal, about 3 km away. Bicycle and hiking maps are available on site and you also have the opportunity to take part in guided hikes (sometimes for a fee)
