Easily accessible on a paved road, your holiday home is located exactly between the winter and summer areas of Zell am See Kaprun, outside the core area and thus guarantees peace, unmistakable views and pure relaxation. The valley station, supermarkets and other shopping facilities are just a 5-7 minute drive away. Please note that you will need winter tyres in winter, and depending on the weather snow chains or four-wheel drive may be necessary.
