Our stay at the hotel was excellent! We were thoroughly pleased with the meals offered, which provided a great variety and included healthy options. The SPA and resting area were particularly enjoyable, offering a serene environment for relaxation. It's also a wonderful place to visit with kids, as there are plenty of amenities to keep them entertained. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

This locality is the "snow corner of the Tiro" - it has snow in the valley when other resorts don't. The landscape and the village environments are beautiful and relatively without commercial architecture. The main ski-resort is brilliant - linked to Saalbach - Hin and also family friendly; Go to fantastic InterSport Gunther in the Fieberbrunn town for best value ski hire and apparel. Nearby St Jakob Buchansteinwand small ski area is great for learning and families and excellent value - get ski hire at the lift for best value. It has a family theme park and wonderful langlauf and touring territory as well as the Jakobskreutz - A massive "Cross" building on top of the Buchenstand mountain that can be seen for miles.

Two Wishes 1) The bill from the hotel does not show the bid price from booking.com. You have to add different items. I got the bid price finally. The billing should be improved for an easy check. 2)Coronavirus disease In Tirol is since February the coronavirus disease. My information is, that in our hotel no guest has had the disease. When we left Austria on March 14, we were asked from the German government to go in a two-week quarantine. I would be helpful for us to know if there was a guest with coronavirus disease in the hotel during our stay or a week before. Please take the strong position from Booking.com to get this information. This information is important for the assessment, if we have the disease Please provide the information as soon as possible Best regards.

We loved the design of the hotel, the rooms and above all that Petra and her team were just exceptional with regards to friendliness, being very attentive and just making sure that everything was perfect during our stay. It is definitely THE hotel to stay in Fieber Brunn and the Kitzbühel area. When you stay there make sure that you also visit their restaurant, the S4 Alm just a 10 min walk from the hotel. Great food and great service!

Our hostess was very friendly and helpful particularly with our poor grasp of the Austrian language- her English was very good and she had a lovely sense of humour. The room was clean, comfortable with a balcony and great shower. Local restaurants were within walking distance and there was plenty of different choices. We were lucky to see the start of the KAT100 mountain trail race too.

Owners cared about our stay and were on site. Location ensured safe parking for bikes. Good location for town, bus or lifts. Fieberbrunn is sleepy but plenty of food and drink options and endless walks or cycling, and in our stay village concert nights.

Although mostly buffet style the quality of the buffet was very good. I don't normally like buffets, but this was excellent.
