The house is a lovely farm house with a spacious communal breakfast/sitting room on the ground floor, which has a microwave, toaster, free coffee machine and crockery and cutlery for you to use for your own meals/breakfast etc. It's located at the entrance to Oetz village, very easy to find and has plenty of convenient parking for guests. Kathrin, the host, was extremely friendly and able to accommodate a last minute request to change to a large room with a kitchen in it. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with a traditional alpine decor. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds comfortable. No complaints at all, would highly recommend, and gladly return. p.s. You must try the farm-made yoghurt and eggs that you can buy in the vending machine outside the house. The yoghurt's excellent!

A great well equipped apartment at the beginning of Ötz. Parking is easy with bigger car too, internet is good, the bed is very comfortable. There was also a nice view from the balcony. The owner is very nice and communication was easy. We would go back anytime.

There are very comfortable rooms fully equipped in the hotel, modern and cozy design. The hotel is located 10 mins away from town centre and facilities. Tasty coffee like a compliment is available 24/7 in the first floor. We had such a great time, thank you!

Our stay at Griesserhof family appartment felt home-like, the whole flat was exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and plenty storage space for all our sporting goods. They produce their own yoghurts, cheese, milk and eggs, which you can get from a vending machine. It is a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and 10 minutes to the center. Skibus stop is right outside. A walking trail goes right behind the house.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Sehr schönes und neu renoviertes Apartment mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Kaffeemaschine steht jederzeit zur Verfügung. Genug Abstellmöglichkeiten für Skischuhe und Ski. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Griesserhof. Das Appartment ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Morgens frische Brötchen vom Bäcker in die Unterkunft bestellt, Kaffeemaschine ist auch vorhanden. Der Skibus ist nur einen Katzensprung von der Unterkunft entfernt und so kamen wir unkompliziert und schnell zum Lift und zurück. Skiaufbewahrung vorhanden. Es hat alles super geklappt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und helfen gerne weiter. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben.

Küche: perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt; Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr & Töpfe - alles vorhanden, es fehlt an nichts Schlafzimmer: es riecht herrlich nach Zirbe - sehr gute Matratzen - eine gute Nachtruhe ist gesichert Bad: sehr klein, aber für uns hat es absolut gepasst :-) Nur zu zweit kann man sich dort nicht aufhalten Atmosphäre: man fühlt sich sofort wohl! Gastgeber: fantastisch! Man fühlt sich willkommen, so wünscht man es sich überall! Wenn wir wieder mal im Ötztal sind, kommen wir sehr sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal im Griesserhof zu Gast, weil wir uns vor 2 Jahren schon so wohl gefühlt haben. Es war wieder traumhaft schön, man wird herzlich empfangen und es fehlt uns an nichts. Würde ich immer wieder empfehlen.
