Our charming home is located on the peaceful outskirts of Mayrhofen – perfect for guests seeking relaxation and easy access to the slopes. The free ski bus is just a 1-minute walk away and takes you directly to the ski area. Our cozy apartment features two double bedrooms with washbasins, one of which includes an integrated shower. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen-living room is ideal for shared meals and relaxing evenings together. With warm Tyrolean hospitality, we look forward to welcoming you!
We are a Dutch couple who fell in love with the beauty of the Zillertal Alps. A few years ago, we decided to move here, driven by our passion for the mountains and our desire to offer guests a warm and welcoming retreat. In our free time, we love exploring the many hiking trails in the area, and we’re happy to share our favorite routes and hidden gems with you. We look forward to welcoming you and making your stay unforgettable!
Within just a few minutes’ walk you’ll find yourself in the charming center of Mayrhofen, home to cozy cafés, restaurants, and shops. Right next to our house lies the Zemmschlucht, also known as the “Blue Lagoon,” a picturesque gorge with crystal-clear waters and dramatic rock formations. The surrounding area offers a variety of hiking opportunities, from gentle forest walks to challenging mountain treks, ensuring every guest—from families to seasoned hikers—can make the most of their stay.
