Mark and Jo offer a friendly accomodating house for you to relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery. We are English speaking and have a limited German vocabulary, learning and getting better daily ;-) . During your stay we maybe living in the apartment in the cellar which is 100% self sufficient.

Property info

Haus Freidrich offers a relaxing environment in the beautiful Upper Austrian Village of Gosau. With great views of the Gosau Kamm from the large balconies. Gosau is in the Dachstein West area and as beautiful in te Summer as it is in the Winter. We are 1km from the ski lifts and a bus stops at the end of the road (30mtrs away from the front door). The property offers 5 Double bedrooms 4 with ensuite and a seperate 'family' bathroom with enough beds for 14 people. Large Dining Table with 10 chairs and great Kitchen with 2 ovens Microwave Quooker Boiling tap and Bean to Cup coffee machine. Large Lounge area with 65in Tv and sofa seating for 12. Real fire links the dining room with the Lounge area. Access to a large balcony wih views over the Gosau Kamm mountain and the skiing area. There is a large Games Room with Bar area hosting a Pooll Table and Fussball table along with an 85in TV. The owners maybe living in the apartment in the cellar which is 100% self sufficient. This is a new house, the build started in 2017 and has just been finished in 2021. (please note the driveway is still rough stone and the garden landscaping is in its infancy).

Gosau is a fabulous skiing, walking,biking environment. Just 1 hour from Salzburg in the heart of the Salzgammergut area. The historic World Heritage Site of Hallstatt is just 15 mins away. The stunning picturesque Gosausee is a 10min drive or can be reached by the many marked walking routes.
