This felt more like an Air b and b, which I liked. The bedroom was a good size and a picture window faced the mountains. It was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a shared kitchen in the basement. The hosts were very friendly and even emailed me to see if I was ok when I stayed out late.

Property info

Welcome! We are the Waltl family and our house was built in 2018. On the ground floor we rent two cozy double rooms with mountain views and a terrace. With us you can enjoy the perfect coffee and tea with a view of the Alps. Each room has a kettle and a coffee maker including tea and coffee capsules. On hot summer days we offer refreshments in the swimming pool. Thanks to our cooperation with Panorama Badewelt, you can use the swimming pool in our town (approx. 1.9 km away) free of charge. On winter days we recommend an indoor swimming pool with sauna world (not included in the price). Please note that our company supports sustainable development. The rooms are cleaned once a week.

Neighborhood info

The ski lift is 800 m away from us, and the cross-country skiing track is right next to the house (50 m). Our house is an ideal starting point for mountain excursions, cycling, skiing or leisurely walks in the fresh air. Enjoy our cozy room with a wonderful view of the mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps.
