Property info

Our studio (no kitchen, but refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, dishes) with an area of 42 m2 is located on the 1st floor of our private residential house, where we both live year-round as hosts. The studio has its own entrance, and free parking for 1 car is available directly at the house. Our house is situated on a quiet side street of our village, 150 meters from the Inn Valley Cycle Path near the Inn, the main river of Tyrol. Brixlegg is located in the Tyrolean lowlands, surrounded by majestic mountains that invite hiking, biking, swimming, climbing, rafting, and of course skiing and cross-country skiing in winter. A paradise for holidays, relaxing, and unwinding in the Austrian Alps, in Tyrol, the heart of the Alps. Convenient access via the Inn Valley motorway by car or by train, with Brixlegg having its own train station. An ideal location for excursions within Tyrol, to Upper Bavaria/Germany, South Tyrol-Alto Adige/Italy, and Salzburg.
