I am responsible for all of our apartments around Zell am See-Kaprun & Rauris. Since we take care of many apartments, it is my job to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From the moment you book, I am here to help you with all your questions. Of course, I have a lot of questions to answer during the day, so I also try to make it as simple as possible: When booking, I will send you all the information you need for your stay. From online check-in to my key boxes and the information on the inside of the front door of your apartment, I try to answer all questions in advance.

Property info

Enjoy the mountain panorama of Rauris in a wonderfully quiet yet central location! Our M1 - Mountain Living Apartments are completely new and will be rented from December 2021. Skiing is just across the street! The Hochalmbahnen are 400 meters away and can be reached by foot. After an exhausting day of skiing, our guests can use a Finnish sauna in the basement. On the ground floor there are 2 apartments with a private garden and barbecue facilities. On the 1st floor there are 2 more holiday apartments with a balcony and a fantastic view. Our penthouse apartment is on the top floor. The upper floors can be reached by elevator. We have 2 parking spaces for each apartment - 1 covered parking space + 1 outdoor parking space. The covered parking spaces offer charging options for e-cars.

Neighborhood info

The ski area (Rauriser Hochalmbahnen) is directly opposite and can be reached on foot at a distance of 400 meters. In the winter months with good snow conditions, the cross-country ski trail is 50 meters away from our M1 - Mountain Living Apartments. Traditional Austrian restaurants as well as high qualitiy cuisine can be found in the center of Rauris (1km away). Numerous hikes are closeby and some of them can also be started directly from our accommodation.
