The absolute "hide away" - exclusive lake house with large & very well-kept garden. For single use in an absolutely quiet, discreet prime location in the Salzburg Lake District with a dream panoramic view over Lake Obertrum. The house is less than 10 meters from the lake & only 20 km from the city of Salzburg. Extensive cycle paths lead directly from the house. The house was extensively renovated in 2023. High-quality & stylishly furnished to measure and with attention to detail, air-conditioned & also technically brought up to date in all respects from A to Z. The parking lot is directly at the property at the end of a cul-de-sac. No traffic!
I live with my family in one of the most beautiful places in the Salzburg foothills of the Alps on Lake Obertrum with direct access to the lake. Our lake has drinking water quality. Countless cycling and hiking trails are waiting to be discovered on our doorstep. The city of Salzburg can be reached by public bus in 20 minutes. The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes away from the Seehaus.
The festival city of Salzburg can be reached in 20 minutes. We are located in the culinary "epi-center" in the Salzburg foothills of the Alps. The most famous sights of the entire province of Salzburg are within a radius of 10 - max. 60 minutes by car.
