The interior decoration is dominated by minimalistic design, natural materials and an innovative architectural concept, combined with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The culinary concept is quick and uncomplicated. In addition to fine salad variations, various Val Blu specials are offered, as well as schnitzel, pasta and small snacks. Many sports and leisure activities are available in and around Bludenz, from golf, hiking and mountain biking in summer to all kinds of winter sports.
