very nice staff and the location is the best, wonderful view from balcony, good parking area, they gave us free summer cards for the family which used for teleferik just walking distance from the hotel, the best stay in my Europe travel.

Various themed buffets, barbecue evenings and the like are hosted regularly. Special dietary needs will be gladly accommodated (reduced calories, low fat, gluten free, etc. All special requests are upon arrangement and possibly at an additional cost). For children the Hotel Stadt Wien provides an adjacent petting zoo (in summer), a big playground in the garden, a free entertainment program in July and August, and all necessities for babies (cots, high chairs, changing tables, bottle warmer, etc.). In summer you can explore the surroundings with the hotel's bicycles, which can be used free of charge. In winter, Hotel Stadt Wien has toboggans available for guests' use free of charge. The area in and around Zell am See is popular for all winter sports. Guests receive the Zell am See-Kaprun Card from mid-May until mid-October, which allows free admission and discounts at several local attractions, as well as free use of cable cars and public transport.
