Perfectly located in the small district of Schüttdorf, just in 5 minutes walking distance from the areitXpress lift station, you can find our facility. No matter what season, fascinating and extraordinary experiences await you. Whether in summer for hiking, biking, swimming, golfing, triathlon, or in winter for skiing, ski touring, winter hiking, cross-country skiing and much more. Here is the ideal place to relax, enjoy nature, recharge your batteries, have fun and enjoy yourself. You can easily reach the center of Zell am See from our apartments by bike (10 min.), by train and bus or on foot (approx. 40 min.). What could be better than giving your body a break after an eventful day of vacation? Enjoy your stay in our wellness area with 2 saunas, infrared cabin and relaxing rest area as well as our swimming pool. You can reach our wellness area comfortably from every part with your bathrobe. Open daily from 4 to 8 PM. The outdoor pool (with indoor access - 26 degrees Celcius in winter - open in all weathers) refreshes you with swims under a blue sky in the beautiful surroundings of the mountains in Zell am See. Please note that the booked room may vary in room number, but not in room category.

Neighborhood info

Our exclusively equipped apartment house is located in a prime location. The Zeller See as well as the Areit XPress, which leads to the Schmittenhöhe are within a few minutes walking distance. The glacier Kitzsteinhorn can be reached in about 15 minutes by car or public transport.
