Rio is from Singapore and I am from France. We have 3 lovely daughters. We love listening to music, travelling, good food, wine and watching movies! We own a cleaning business and 2 short term rentals in Perth. We love this house and we just ask you to apply common sense: - STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE and close the windows before smoking outside. - NO SHOES INSIDE - Leave the house clean and tidy, just the way you found it (the extra cleaning fees you pay are only for the floors, the bathrooms and the dust). - Respect the neighbours and be reasonable with the noise. Please note that if there are any complaints received in regards to excessive noise, unruly behaviour or any sorts of nuisance, guests could be evicted and no refunds will be made. - Each time you leave the house, make sure to turn off ALL utilities (lights, air con, heaters, ceiling fan...). Thank you for your kind consideration

Our property is ideal if you are travelling with kids as we have 3 ourselves between 6 and 9 years old so you'll find everything for their own comfort and yours! Portacot, Playroom, safe fenced swimming pool and roller shutters in all the bedrooms. You have access to the entire house: - outdoor area with pool, sun loungers, BBQ, bar, dining table and chairs. - Master bedroom with queen bedroom, walkin-robe and en-suite - Dressing room - Entertainment area with TV - Open kitchen (with dishwasher, kettle, toaster, oven, spices, accessories...) with dining area and lounge area - 2nd room with queen bed and built in robe - Playroom with toys for the kids - 3rd bedroom with queen bed and built in robe - 4th bedroom with 1 double bed and chest of drawers - 2nd bathroom with bathtub and shower - Laundry with washing machine and dryer - 2nd toilet and rear door. House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Ideal for families as plenty of space to play safely in front of the house with the neighbours' children. Our property is - 30 mins drive from Perth airport by taxi or Uber. - 30 mins drive to Perth city or Fremantle. - 15 mins drive from Coogee beach. Closest train/bus station is Cockburn Central and can be reached by 15 mins walk or 5 mins by bus or car. - the train is direct to Perth city in 20 mins, - The bus is direct to Fremantle port. Cockburn Gateway shopping centre is accessible by bus in 5 mins or in 20 mins walk
