It is a house sharing facilities. Only 2 out of 3 room is available for rent. Each bedroom contains DOUBLE bed, bed side table, table light, fan, clothes rack. Room can only be occupied for maximum 2 adults. Not available for children. Smoking area outside the back or at the front of the house. Free Wifi is available. Parking is available at driveway. Select Single or double occupancy when making a booking as it has different price. Check for cancellation fee rules. No refund is provided on the day of arrival if you can't stay or if Simply just change mind.
We are an Australian Indonesian couple. We are friendly and been around Australia and overseas. We always keen on a good chat of cultural stuff, music, movies, places, etc. We love peaceful and happy people. We respect people who respect us and people around us. Any questions, guests can call us direct.
It's a quiet neighbourhood local housing, 5 mins from farmer Jack groceries store, petrol station, mechanic, Thai Cafe, fish and chips. Terminal 1 airport, Direct Factory Outlets and Costco only 10 mins away driving. Crown Perth casino and Perth CBD is 20 mins away driving.
