This modern one bedroom apartment has been cleverly designed to include a generous sized undercover balcony, offering the luxury of a second living space. Complimentary Wi-Fi and Foxtel. Ducted heating and cooling. Modern kitchen with stone benchtops and Miele appliances. Walk to Chapel St and Toorak - cafes, bars, restaurants and shopping. Walk to trams and transport (Hawksburn station and Malvern Rd trams). Stacker parking available for 1 car. Car Stacker dimensions are as follows: Height: 1800mm. Length: 5000mm. Weight: 2000kg. Width: 2400mm. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).
