Matched the descriptions and lots of thoughtful additions- like a soda steam, grocery bags, ice bricks, and a pantry with enough staples. Host was very kind. The location suited us and was quiet and in a lovely part of Perth. We will definitely be booking again.

In the heart of Como, just 5 minutes to the Swan River, this two-bedroom apartment features a garden courtyard, a fully equipped kitchen, compact laundry, free WiFi, TVs and air-conditioning. Perth City is closely and an easy bus/train trip away. The rooms are light filled, comfortable and clean, cozy and private. We aim to provide guests with everything to make a stay easy, carefree and enjoyable. The apartment is close to parks, playgrounds, bird life and lovely views. Enjoy nearby cafes, a 24hr supermarket, bakeries and restaurants plus some terrific attractions like the Perth Zoo, Optus Stadium, Crown Entertainment and Kings Park. A driveway parking lot is available for guests. The owner lives next door and their small dog has the run of the outdoor areas. Payment can be made after arrival, either by bank transfer or by credit card (a surcharge of 1.9%-2.2% applies).
Couples in particular like the location – they rated it 9.5 for a two-person trip.
