This luxury property offers a stunning city views from the 31st floor, in the heart of Southbank with easy access to the CBD, giving guests a real city living experience. Located less than 1 km from National Gallery of Victoria and the Botanical Gardens. 15 minute walk to the MCG and Melbourne Park. This stylish apartment resides in Southbank's most prestigious building - Prima Pearl. Enjoy the 25m indoor heated pool, Spa, and both wet and dry saunas as part of your daily routine.
I am a software developer and my wife is a fashion designer. We love to travel and try to reflect this in our own Airbnb properties. We love being hosts and meeting all the interesting guests. Our meet and greet host will be there to greet you. If you have any problems during your stay we are only a quick message away and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Within 1km is an abundance of Melbourne city's delights: Crown Casino across the road, the Yarra around the corner with outdoor restaurants flooding the embankment. Restaurants on the water front and Go Boats for hire. Across the footbridge and into the city for shopping, cafes and graffiti laneways. A quick tram ride to Queen Victoria Market or 15 min walk to South Melbourne Market and Albert Park Lake. 10 min walk to the NGV museum and 20 min to the MCG and Rod Laver Arena. The perfect location for your Melbourne Stay. Walk everywhere or catch the 58 tram in front of the building. Within 1km radius there is everything from the CBD and all it's restaurants and shops, South Melbourne Market, Albert Park Lake, The Arts Centre and NGV, Royal Botanical Gardens and slightly outside the radius is Melbourne Park (including Tennis Centre, MCG, Rod Laver Arena, Aami Stadium), Etihad Stadium. Most other tram services are available within a 500m walk and are located at: Crown Casino (Clarendon Street), Flinders Street, Collins Street or Fed Square. Free tram zone within the CBD- Closest stop is underneath the Queens Bridge. Parking is available in the building.
