The house has 7 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a massive open plan kitchen dining and living area (with two lounge nooks), and a large covered rear deck with a third lounge area, BBQ and outdoor eating! For a large group, you will struggle to find a more spacious, comfortable and well-appointed home in Jervis Bay! Strictly no parties or excessive noise at this property – please. There will be zero tolerance and you will be evicted if this rule is broken. Any noise complaints, anti-social behaviour or any other disruption requiring attention by one of our staff will see the forfeit of the cash bond per incident or call out. Jervis Bay is a large, pristine bay located 3 hours south of Sydney.  It has crystal clear waters all year round and is famous for its stunning beaches, including Hyam Beach, which claims to have the whitest sand in the world!  Currarong, in the north, is a lovely mid-century holiday village with breathtaking headland walks, safe beaches and rock pools.  In the south, you can visit the popular towns of Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach, or take a drive through Booderee National Park, arguably one of the prettiest parks in Australia!
