You’ll find all you need in the modern, streamlined kitchen to prepare and enjoy meals at home, including a four-seater table and a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Make use of a Nespresso machine and head over to the armchair to sip your morning coffee by the window while soaking up the city vibe. You’ll also find a generous sofa and TV offering an inviting spot to unwind after a day of work or leisure. Two light and airy bedrooms each include a queen-size bed, side tables and reading lamps, and mirrored built-in robes. The first bedroom is separated from the main living area with a folding wall, which can be closed for privacy or opened up to create a large and welcoming space to relax. The contemporary bathroom features a shower and complimentary toiletries, here you’ll also find a washing machine and dryer. Well-connected via public transport, you won't need a car to get around, but there is paid off-site parking available nearby.

All the attractions of Melbourne's CBD including its vibrant laneways and ‘eat streets’ are within easy reach, with Degraves Street and Flinders Lane at your doorstep. Lively Bourke Street Mall and the waterfront restaurants along the Yarra River are both within a 10-minute walk, while other local attractions include the National Gallery of Victoria, Federation Square, Fitzroy Gardens, and the State Library.
