Amazing location! Awsome layout for families travelling/ staying together, the kids had a blast in the pool and everything else is only walking distance! Highly recommended!

Clean and comfortable budget beach flats with large pool only 100 meters to beautiful Alma. Kooyong Holiday Flats are nestled amidst a tropical garden setting in Arcadia. There is a group of seven flats in both 1 & 2 bedroom. Situated only 100 metres from Alma Bay Beach and the property has a large swimming pool and gazebo with tables and seating.

The recently renovated iconic Kooyong Units have been transformed! This 2 bedroom apartment is fully self contained, air-conditioned and has free wifi. The pool and bbq area has also been renovated now providing a fantastic area for families and friends to enjoy. Kooyong Holiday Units are nestled amidst a tropical garden setting in Arcadia. There are 8 units with 1 or 2 bedroom options and located only 100 metres from Alma Bay Beach. Kooyong unit 1 features 2 bedrooms and is located at the front of the complex shaded by the raintrees on Hayles Avenue. The main bedroom features a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom features a tri bunk (double bed on the bottom and single on top) The unit is fully self contained, air conditioned and features free wifi. Kooyong Holiday Apartments are strolling distance to the local newsagent, Arcadia store, and the Hotel Arcadia and the beautiful Alma Bay, a family beach with playground, bbqs and shade! Bremner Point is within walking distance where our friendly rock wallabies are happy to pose for a photo. Bedding Configuration Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 2: 1 x Single Bed, 1 x Tri Bunk (Single on top, Double on bottom)
