Enjoy the ultimate family getaway in leafy Maidstone. With an open plan layout on the ground level, this house offers generous living areas for those travelling with kids or in a group. Gather together for movie nights in the living room, enjoy a meal at the large dining table or dine outdoors on the patio. The living room is fitted with a massive sofa and smart TV replete with Netflix. There is a dining table set for eight people, where you can enjoy a meal at home, and a dedicated work space for catching up on some emails. Cooking up a storm is easy thanks to a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, which includes an oven, stove, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and all your cooking utensils. A washing machine (front loader) is on the ground level, and a tumble dryer in the undercover area outside to add to your convenience. Upstairs, the large master bedroom offers a queen bed with a portable cot, ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower and smart TV. Additionally a central bathroom includes a bathtub plus shower, accommodating two more bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with singe beds). The fourth bedroom (two single beds) is located downstairs next to the powder room. Two extra foldout beds (suitable for children/teenagers) can be set up to accommodate an additional two guests. All beds are fitted with premium linens for a good night's sleep. Guests have access to a double garage secured with an electric motorised door or are free to park on the street.

The north-western suburb of Maidstone offers a relaxing, family-friendly stay with parks, playgrounds, tennis courts and river trails. The neighbourhood is home to multicultural eats spanning Vietnamese, Indian, Korean, Japanese and Malaysian. Grab your morning coffee from One for the Crow followed by brunch in neighbouring West Footscray – Dumbo, Brother Nancy and Pod Café are local favourites. Enjoy a spot of shopping at Highpoint Shopping Centre, including Australian and international designer fashion.
