Overlooking the picturesque vineyards of Lot 113 Wines, this modern, architect-designed “shed” offers two elegant studio rooms that can be booked individually or together and offer everything you’ll need for a relaxing stay. Positioned a short distance from the main house, the rooms have their own private facilities and a large deck for relaxing over a glass of wine as you take in the views of ever-changing vineyard life. Each room features a beautiful marri bedroom suite with Sheridan linens, a large, luxurious bathroom, reverse cycle air conditioning, a flat screen TV, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, an outdoor kitchen with Weber Q and undercover parking. Self catering provisions for a relaxed breakfast are also provided for your first morning. The property is conveniently located at the picturesque northern end of the valley, with venues such as Brookleigh, the Belvoir Amphitheatre, cafes and a local store all within walking distance.
We welcome you to our quiet, idyllic location near the banks of the Swan River. Here you are overlooking the ever-changing vineyard in the beautiful Swan Valley.
The Swan Valley region was first planted with grapevines in 1929. The region is well known for the food, wine, art and landscapes. Located just 20 mins from the Perth Airport and 25 minutes from the CBD there is much on offer to experience.
