Modern and airy 3 bedroom home where you can hear the waves. Gorgeous fire place for cosy winter nights and air conditioning. Large kitchen with Bosch d/washer & LG Fridge. Large fenced off backyard with outdoor shower, spacious back deck and electric Weber BBQ for easy entertaining. Short stroll to wonderful Pearl Beach and short drive over the hill to all major supermarkets, shops, pubs/clubs, restaurants and cafes in Umina. Lockbox code will be provided for key access on day of arrival
