There is a endless array of Melbourne's best restaurants and bars on your doorstep. The closest tram stop is on Nicholson St, one minute walk away. Trams arrive every 5 minutes or so for the city. The tram stop is one stop outside the free tram zone. Parliament station (on the city loop) is two tram stops away or a 10 minute walk. The 96 tram goes to docklands and the 86 tram will take you all the way to St. Kilda. To and from the airport, you can catch the SkyBus and then either get the hotel shuttle to a nearby stop or catch Bourke St (86 or 96) tram through the city to the Melbourne Museum stop.
