Capturing breathtaking never-to-be-built-out water views from its uniquely elevated bayside setting, this incredible home provides the ultimate lifestyle sanctuary. Architecturally designed and finished to the highest standards, it spans three levels of indoor and outdoor living spaces and enjoys spectacular uninterrupted bay and district views. From the moment you walk into the grand glass and steal front door and marbled entrance you know you have stepped into a sanctuary of light and serenity. At the centre of the home is a beautiful Calcuta marble fireplace perfect for relaxed gatherings and a state-of-the-art kitchen with a fluted marble breakfast bar, top-of-the-range PITT gas cooktop and WOLF oven for gourmet family cooking and entertainment. Further equipped with a hidden deluxe butler's pantry and back of house services. Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors throughout the main living space, allow a seamless transition to a fabulous entertainment terrace with an infinity pool, heated for year round swimming. Followed by another large and private tree top terrace off the kitchen for peaceful relaxing or more entertaining. Upper-level accommodation comprises four well-scaled bedrooms, all of which are appointed with custom built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom featuring charcoal mirrored cabinetry, a beautiful marble ensuite with free standing bath and large rainwater shower, heated flooring and towel rail, while opening to a view-swept balcony over the bay and below terrace.
