Please be informed that Elevator No. 05 (servicing the Basement Pool, Spa, Sauna, Gym, and Laundry) will be offline for upgrades from 14 July until 13 October 2025.
During this period, guests will not be able to access the basement amenities via Elevator No. 05. Access will only be available via the stairway from the Low Ground Floor to the Basement (one floor down).
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of AUD 1 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
