A place where it is not just a holiday home but a home away from home! Modern, fully renovated/furnished 2 bedrooms/study townhouse. Upstairs main bedroom with large wardrobe access to private balcony overlooking the park/children playground. Further two bedrooms and a central bathroom. Down stairs has a spacious lounge with King furniture sofa and polish timber floor throughout the laundry with washing machine/dryer, powder room, modern kitchen and a dining area access to a beautiful landscape courtyard with BBQ, outdoor setting and secure parking. Free Unlimted Wifi internet and Netflix Split System (Air conditioning and heating) in lounge room/two main bedrooms, Fan/Heater in study room Private carpark access through the roller door or local street parking at the front or along the townhouse All bed linens (1000 threads count) and towels are always clean for your comfort. waterproof and breathable mattress and pillows protectors are used at all times to ensure cleanliness. Face washer towels and body sponges are not provided due to personal hygiene. All cooking facilities, bedding, linens, toiletries, towels, and laundry facilities are provided.
