You'll love this relaxing private 6 room house capable of housing 10 people with ample backyard space. Located on a quiet street, 5 minutes away from Hallett Cove Beach and its Conservation Park, close to Hallett Cove train station and bus stops, it’s minutes away from many of South Australia’s best beaches. The house features 6 bedrooms with newly fitted bedding, a baby cot, a lounge area, dining areas, 3 renovated bathrooms, kitchen, laundry area with washing machine and dryer, a double garage that fits two cars, and heated as well as cooled air conditioning. Located on the higher side of this calm street, the ocean is clearly visible by standing from the exterior of the front yard. The backyard has clothes hanging line, a barbeque grill, and a very large space. Also featuring two lounge areas with coffee tables, and two dining areas, this property does not fail to entertain guests. The wifi is extremely fast with average speeds of 100 mbps download and 20 mbps upload. There is a 65’ LG TV. The use of Wi-Fi and the coffee maker is completely free.

It’s just 5 minutes away from Hallett Cove Beach. Right next to the famous beach is an outstanding geological site, the protected Hallett Cove Conservation Park, home of the Sugarloaf and many stunning cliffs and rock formations. The coastal walk, popular among locals, will take you through the many major sights of the park, passing through the iconic Hallett Cove Boardwalk. If you wish to adventure beyond the beautiful beaches of Hallett Cove, it’s only a few minutes away from some of the city’s best beaches including Glenelg, Brighton, Henley, Port Noarlunga, Christie’s, and Moana. The property is conveniently only just 2 minutes away from the large Hallett Cove Shopping Centre, offering a large variety of fashion, food, and general retail options. The bus stop is 4 minutes away by walking, with services to the city centre. It’s an approximately 5 min. drive/14 min. walk to the Hallett Cove Railway Station, where the electrified train service can get you to the city in half an hour.
