As STAM Australia, we host the property on behalf of the owner. We have multiple listings on different platforms and often guests stay with us in multiple cities as part of their travel. We use the below section to be transparent to you about the reservation. Third party reservations and check in - The person that booked must be the person that stays unless it is corporate booking made by the same company. We will ask for ID at check in and may ask to sight the Credit card that was used for the transaction to match it with the payment. Check in - We manage the property on behalf of the owner and as part of our contract with them we don’t have a self check in option. We reserve the right to ask all guests for ID and will complete a form at check in. a. Late check in – This listing has check in times between 3pm and 9pm. We can provide a later check in after 9pm for a small fee which will be passed on to the person that travels out to meet you. 90 between 9-12am and 100 after midnight. b. Early Check in – We can provide an earlier check in at the property than 3pm in some instances. If there isn't a guest checking out that morning then it's easier otherwise there will be a small fee so that we can add an extra cleaner on or use a different cleaning company to ensure it's completed earlier. Noise levels and complaints - if there are any complaints by neighbours or abuse of house rules then we may remove on the spot without compensation.
