Just a 2-minute walk from St Paul's Cathedral and Federation Square, and only a quick 10-minute ride to the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) — perfect for catching an AFL game. Rod Laver Arena and Crown Casino are both just a 5-minute, free tram ride away. The reception area is staffed 24 hours a day and free WiFi is available throughout the property. There are shared kitchen facilities so you can make yourself a meal, as well as Netflix in the communal TV/lounge area. You can also choose to grab a drink at the onsite bar. Groups and Longstay Policy:
For reservations under the same name and dates, which exceed 5 rooms or consist of more than 10 people, or extend beyond 14 days, our Group and Longstay Payment and Cancelation Policy will apply, regardless of the selected rate upon booking.
Group and Longstay Payment and Cancelation Policy:
A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure the booking. We will notify the guest prior to charging the credit card provided. Please note that this deposit is nonrefundable.
The remaining 50% of the booking must be settled at least 15 days before the scheduled arrival date and is also nonrefundable.
We will charge this remaining amount to the credit card provided 15 days in advance. In the event of nonpayment, we will notify you by email, requesting an alternative payment method within 48 hours. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Upon check-in all guests are required to present a government-issued photo identification (e.g. passport, national ID or driving license) along with the credit card used for booking under the same name. Please note that guests staying in dormitories must be 18 years of age or older.
Towel rental is available at 6 AUD for guests staying in community rooms.
