1 set of Linen per reservation is provided. 1 bath towel per person. Guests may wish to bring extra towels. Pool/Lake/Beach towels are BYO. We are Eco-Friendly - Personal Toiletries are BYO We operate under a Strict No-Party & Non-Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW STR Legislation & Local Council Laws. Pools where applicable are only open from end of September School Holidays to end of Easter school holidays. Wood fires only operate between end of April School Holidays & end of September School Holidays. We supply firewood, kindling & fire-starters for max 1-2 nights. Extra Guests: The number of people nominated on your booking is the maximum number of people that are allowed to be on the property at any one time. Cameras and Noise Monitoring: this property may have Wi-Fi Security Cameras at the front & rear access points + noise monitoring devices in line with NSW STR Code of Conduct. Every booking must complete an electronic guest registration prior to arrival with visual identification.
