We are Townsville Locals that love to travel, we have set this home away from home to meets our requirements and those suggested by previous guests. You will be required to complete our booking questionnaire/rental agreement. We also require a copy of credit card and photo ID. The name on the credit must match your photo ID (for incidentals/security). We will arrange a contactless or personal check in based on your arrival date and time.

We are local to Townsville and love to travel. We have stayed in hotels and apartments in many places in Australia from camping, self-catering apartments and hotels around the world. We offer something different, hassle free easy holiday accommodation. Drive in to our secure car park and enter your unique apartment. It truly has a homely feeling. Our rates reflect the size and comfort of the apartment and it suits family and friends wanting to holiday in Townsville. We look forward to hearing from you soon. Neighborhood info

Annandale borders the southern side of Ross River. It is the biggest suburb of Townsville and thus the most populated in the city. It was the biggest planned housing development in Townsville City. Construction started in the mid-1970s and was completed in early 2005. Annandale is one of Townsville's newest suburbs and is home to some of Townsville's wealthy, who live more toward the riverbank. This home meets the requirements of Townsville's most discerning guests.
