Property information

Nestled in the heart of Port Douglas, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to beach adventures, scenic walking trails and boutique dining and shopping on Macrossan St. This corner villa is staged over three levels, furnished to entertain and keep everyone comfortable, with central air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Enter via the second level to find the open plan living area featuring an extra-large couch so everyone has a spot for movie night. The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped for your holiday catering, with a kitchen island to prep meals or chat with the chef. Dine together at the round table or slide the glass doors open to access a private balcony, the perfect spot to take in mountain views while enjoying a drink or a BBQ around the alfresco dining setting. From here, steps lead down to the pool area, with bistro seating to set your drink on while you swim. At the end of the day enjoy utmost privacy in four bedrooms, all offering a private ensuite. The primary bedroom on the third floor highlights an open-air bathroom with dual vanities and a soaker tub, plus access to an expansive balcony with sprawling views. Another bedroom on this level is set with two king singles which can be pushed together to create a king bed upon request. Off the main living area you’ll find an additional king suite and another on the ground floor, which leads out to a furnished patio with clotheslines to hang your washing. Down another small flight of stairs is the private gym, showcasing free weights, a treadmill, stationary bike and punching bag. Additional amenities include in-unit laundry, a powder room off the main living area, and secure parking for one car in the garage. Please note that there is ongoing construction nearby which may result in noise during daytime hours. We appreciate your understanding as the area continues to grow and improve.

This central Port Douglas address is close to everything you’d need during your stay —including the Port Village Shopping Centre—and encourages you to explore the area on foot with the Four Mile Beach just a 10-minute walk away. Snap the views from the historical Flagstaff Hill Lighthouse and head towards Trinity Bay Lookout, all within walking distance from the home. On Sundays, catch the Port Douglas Markets and get some fresh local produce and hand-crafted goods. Macrossan Street is the place to be for boutique shopping and diverse dining options. Have a seafood feast at Wrasse & Roe or go for modern Australian at Watergate.
