I likes just about everything. The management - Tom & Kim - were always happy to answer any query & provide any assistance that I needed. I particularly liked the layout of the pool area with the adjacent hot tub. Finally, I very much liked the location of the property being relatively close to the beach on one hand & in turn only about 800 metres in terms of walking distance, to the Trinity Beach Shopping Centre.

Good location, there is beach with net in front of the hotel, the only place where swimming is possible in marine stingers season. Kitchen is well prepared to prepare meals but there are many restaurants nearby too.

Loved everything about this hotel! The staff are incredible. They are so friendly and make you feel at home. The pool is fantastic and could always get a lounge chair to lie on at any time of day. The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had and the lunch and dinner is also the best in Palm Cove. The signature inclusions were also a fantastic touch including the sunrise yoga (which is between the palms!), the sorbet by the pool and the canapes and punch at 5pm. They think of everything!!
