The Owner Corporation is responsible for managing the building and the recreation area, which includes, but is not limited to, the gym, pool, spa, sauna, and steam rooms. Waterfront Melbourne Apartments holds no control or jurisdiction over the availability or configuration of any of the facilities within the recreation area.
