Lithgow's finest residence, the 'Bracey Mansion'. Presents spacious open lawns, established trees, gardens and alfresco dining which adds to a truly magnificent setting. Bedrooms all have central heating/cooling, living room has an open fire place and gas heating. The old ballroom has been converted to a studio perfect for yoga, recreation and meditation. Living spaces are tastefully decorated. The property is available for Filming and events for an extra fee. The hot tub/spa is for 2+night stays only.
Situated on Lithgow's finest street, walking distance to the Museum, Sporting grounds/swimming pools, 1 minute drive to centre the of town.
