This brand new luxury apartment is located above the owners apartment with an own entrance, is a non smoking apartment. There are two full sized bathrooms with walk in showers and hot water. There are two bedrooms with kingsize beds and one with two single beds. There is private parking available. It is located 1 mile from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The save more super market is at walking distance. There is a full size laundry and an outside shower
