We will photograph the electricity meter upon your check-in and check-out to accurately calculate consumption. - Mandatory Cleaning: A mandatory cleaning every 2 weeks is required for stays exceeding 28 nights. The cost for this cleaning service is 80 USD, which the guest will be responsible for covering in advance before the check in.

The property is located on the southeast part of the island that’s a little less busy but not any less beautiful! The nearest beach is Shark Hole, about 1.6 km|1 mile away. It’s a tiny beach tucked away in a cove. Sam Lord’s Castle, a notorious pirate’s castle, is about a 5-9 minute drive (or 25-min walk) from the home. There’s a nearby lookout where you can get some really great pictures and a secluded beach there if you’d like to have a picnic. And Six Roads is just a 6-10 minute drive away with everything you could need – eateries, supermarkets, banks, shopping, hardware, Western Union, and much more. It’s kind of like a mini Bridgetown but closer to home! We also recommend renting a car and exploring all the island has to offer. For example, St. Lawrence Gap (about a 25-min drive) is known for its fine dining, lively nightlife, and good shopping.
