A 3 bedroom villa in a secure gated development of 30 villas in lovely landscaped grounds 5 minutes from the beach. The villa has a private garden and spa pool and communal amenities include a pool, clubhouse, tennis court, picnic areas, gym and childrens play area. Restaurants are within a few minutes walk or an easy drive along the entire West coast. A sky lit curved stair rises through the centre of the house and all three bedrooms are air conditioned with ample wardrobes and storage.

A chartered surveyor and project manager. Hobbies include food and drink, music, sport, watches, theatre and Arts. We are always available on email. Our local villa manager is also readily available

Quiet secure gated development yet minutes from beach and restaurants. Ideal for families or friends. Super facilities A few minutes walk from beach and restaurants. Very frequent bus services run to all destinations. Easy access to Speightstown and Holetown
