Company info

We have an onsite House Manger, called Kalista, who was a chef at the extremely popular Seashed. You will be met at the property when you come off your plane and Kalista will ensure you are settled in and comfortable before returning in the morning. We offer various services if you wish to use them, from a laundry service, ironing, organizing boat trips, a private chef for that special occasions or just so you don't need to cook, canapés and freshly cooked meals you can order and heat up when you return from your day out. Please ask Kalista for further information.

Mullins Beach Houses offers guests the choice of 3 appartments (2 x two bedroom appartments sleeping 4, 1 x 4 bedroom sleeping 8) or the entire property (8 bedrooms sleeping 16 guests). The property was newly renovated in September 2024, and is perfect for holidays with families and friends, or for a romantic getaway. All appartments enjoy stunning sea views and are located just 5 minutes walk from the iconic Mullins beach. You have your own private entrance with a few steps leading up to the apartment, however if you need accessibility, you can walk around to the ground floor bedroom and enter via the terrace doors. Mullins Beach Houses is set in its own plot, in a quiet area, but yet close to all amenities you need for a highly memorable holiday. Guest can also indulge in our concierge services which includes babysitting, catering and all things necessary for an enjoyable stay.

Set back from Mullins Beach, just a 400 metres walk to beautiful beaches, supermarket and popular local restaurants and food spots such as Sea Shed restaurant, Jujus, Adrians Bar and Caboose.
