The bathroom, living room, kitchen and balcony are shared. Private room in a shared 80m2 apartment on the second floor with elevator. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (first one is the host’s room and the second is this private cozy room for guests). Also, there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom (with toilet) and balcony. The room is equipped with a single bed and another bed that can be pulled below (in case of hosting 2 people). Also there is a couch, small table, wardrobe, mirror, coffee machine and TV (with YouTube, Netflix, Amazon and Spotify premium accounts). You can use all the appliances in the kitchen. Tea is complimentary. Toiletries and towels are provided. The bedroom has a lock on the door.
It is a nice, quiet and safe residential neighborhood with a lot of shops and restaurants close by. The centre of Brussels is 20 minutes away with Metro, Tram or Bus. All stations are from 3 to 10 minutes away by foot.
