In Nieuwpoort, you will find our cosy flat close to the beach, the dunes and the shopping street where you can unwind! The flat offers a spacious feeling and lots of light thanks to its large windows along two sides. The accommodation has an entrance hall, guest toilet, a separate and spacious bedroom, bright living room, an open kitchen and a sunny terrace. The flat is located on the third floor and can be reached by lift and stairs. KITCHEN/LIVING AREA The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven and microwave. The kitchen has a coffee machine and a Dolce Gusto for the first happy moments of the day, as well as a kettle. Cosy TV evenings can be planned in front of the TV with a Telenet digibox or stream your films or series via chromecast. The flat is equipped with WIFI. A high-quality sofa bed (140x200) is available in the living room and can be pulled out quickly and easily. BEDROOM/BATHROOM The apartment offers one spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200). Both the sofa bed (140x200) and the double bed in the bedroom are equipped with duvets and pillows. There is a spacious bathroom with shower, a sink and a separate guest toilet. SOUTH-FACING TERRACE You can enjoy yourself from morning until late afternoon on the spacious south-facing terrace. We can recommend something for every moment of the day: a coffee under the first rays of the sun, a book to relax, dreaming away in the sun loungers or an aperitif to toast the day! PARKING An optional garage can be rented directly under the apartment building at -1 (subject to availability and on request). BIKE The residence offers a communal bike shed for up to two bikes. Bed and bath linen are to be provided by yourself.

NEAR THE SEA/DUNES/SHOPPING STREET Our flat is 200m from the sea near the Chagall beach bar where you can have a stylish aperitif with your feet in the sand. In front of us are the Simliduinen, a nature reserve with several hiking trails crossing the area. On the western side there is a mountain bike trail and from the viewing platform you have a nice view of the dunes and can spot animals. We are just past the shopping street, so you can shop within walking distance but still enjoy the peace and quiet. By bike, you can reach Nieuwpoort city in 1-2-3, via the two-kilometre-long promenade along the harbour channel, where you can find several large supermarkets. PUBLIC TRANSPORT The coastal tram has a stop (Bernardus) 600m from the apartment and will take you to Ostend (train station) in an hour or to De Panne (train station) in 28 minutes. PLOPSALAND Our flat is 20 kilometres from Plopsaland, perfectly accessible by coastal tram and ideal as a day trip.
