Everything you need for a comfortable living in Bansko! The apartment is fully equipped and designed in a minimalist style, so you can find a place for your own things.

The location of the Prespa complex is just great: not far from the gondola (500m), close to all major day and night activities in Bansko (250m), but, at the same time, It's a very quiet and cozy place. It's one of the highest points in the city, so you can enjoy clean air not only in summer but also in winter when the heating season begins. Within walking distance from the complex, there is a large meadow and a forest where you can walk, ride bicycles, play with children and walk your dog. Bansko is a resort small town. Everything you need within walking distance. But you can rent a bike, motorcycle or all-terrain vehicle. Transport rental is a 5-minute walk from the complex. Supermarket 200 meters from the Prespa complex. Gandola 500 meters from the Prespa complex.
