Stunning property right on the water! The location was excellent…very close to ferry stop and short walk to bus stop, grocery store and restaurants. Owners, Carole and Joe, were very attentive and accommodating. Great breakfast and service by Anne. Very clean.

The hosts could not do enough for us. They went out of their way to be helpful, kind, and accommodating. Breakfast when you wanted, 3 min walk to the Belmont ferry to for a 15 min boat ride to get into Hamilton, other ferries, and bus station, 5 min one way to two great restaurants, 9 the other way to a different restaurant and grocery store, and to the middle road bus lines. Parking available. Right on the bay, waves lapping at your patio, great view of the harbor and Hamilton, pool, and our room had a jacuzzi. It was super clean, and a great, great value!!! When they say location, location, location, this had it all. Also, phone to call locally to restaurants and for taxi's, etc., so you don't need to use your own phone and can avoid phone charges. Good internet.

Accommodations were very comfortable and loved that we were close to the ferry. Slept every night with the door open to the outside just using the screen door. Breakfast in the morning was always good with home made muffins, breads and jams. Joe & Carole were very gracious.

Had a lovely stay at watercolors. Location right on the water was great. Enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning and evening. Having the pool for an afternoon dip after a long day was delightful. Our hosts were lovely and eager to make our visit as comfortable as possible.

Carole and Joe were lovely hosts, very kinda and made sure we had a great time. The place is on a lovely stretch of harbour which you can swim in and the pool was lovely. The breakfast was also very nice and everything was very clean.
