Property Managed by Brazilian Corner, is located in Pinheiros, just 1.4 km from the Oscar Freire metro station (Line 4 - Yellow). Situated in a prestigious and cultural neighborhood, it offers the ideal space for a stay in the city of São Paulo. It features a 43'' Smart TV, air conditioning, a work desk, a gas shower, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils. Additionally, the building offers a gym, swimming pool, laundry facilities, and coworking space.

ADDITIONAL RULES: According to the Child and Adolescent Statute, individuals under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Documents for minors will also be required for legal verification. • The checkout time must be strictly adhered to. A fine of half a daily rate will be charged for delays of up to 1 hour, and a fine of 2 daily rates will be charged for delays exceeding 1 hour. • Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. A fine of 3 daily rates will be charged for non-compliance with this rule. • All infractions are subject to contractual fines and termination of the rental agreement without any refund of the amounts paid. • Any fines imposed by the condominium on the property during the rental period will be your responsibility to pay. • All documentation must be sent no later than 10:45 pm on the check-in day. If it is not sent by this time, the tenants will only be allowed to enter the following day after 8:00 am, and no refund will be issued. • Extensions of the reservation must be made by 5 pm on the day prior to check-out. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again. • A deposit of up to two thousand reais may be requested upon making the reservation and will be refunded within 72 hours after check-out. • Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of thirty-five reais per day per pet. • We provide a portable crib (playpen) for babies with a mattress and bedding, subject to availability, prior arrangement before the start of the rental, and a fee of forty reais per day.
