The accommodation features a 🌊 pool; ☀️ balcony; ❄️ air conditioning; 🛏️ 1 double bed; 🍽️ equipped kitchen; 🚿 1 full bathroom. HOUSE RULES: • It is MANDATORY to send a photo of each guest in advance with a white background to grant access; • Services such as linen change and extra cleaning are subject to availability and additional charges; • Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability and rates; • All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours in advance; • The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification of all guests staying in the accommodation, respecting the maximum number of people. Guests not listed are not permitted. • Use the service elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear; • No noise after 10 p.m. (Noise Law); • Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in separate containers; • Upon departure, ensure that all appliances are turned off. Failure to comply with this item is subject to a daily fine; • For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linen per bed and one set of bath linen per guest. Linen or linen changes may be contracted and paid separately. Be careful with products that could damage them, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit; • Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of the stay and are not replaced. NOTE: In the interest of transparency, we would like to inform you that, as this is a newly launched condominium, some units are still undergoing renovations during business hours. Therefore, noise may occur throughout the day. We appreciate your understanding.
