3 wellspaced bedrooms. Quiet, safe neighbourhood. Walking to large supermarket and short drive to two others. Dominos, Wendys, pharmacy, gym, medical clinic, police station, post office, churches, 3 mins to bus stop, 10 mins to downtown, 3 miles to Mall. Just off main artery to east end of island. 3 minutes ride to Palm Cay Marina. NOTE: Placement of beds is showing 4 bedrooms. Clarification: there are 3 bedrooms and open spaces that can accommodate up to 4 persons not in bedrooms. ALSO NOTE CAREFULLY: The computer generated details of the location in "Property Description" is apparently in error placing us nearer to popular sites at the western end of island when in fact we are situated EASTERN end putting us about 15 minutes to downtown, Atlantis, Paradise Island, Blue Lagoon, 25 minutes to airport etc. So, primarily all of the "distances" given are pretty much in the reverse.

Avid church musician, serving as organists for two congregations and a choral director and music workshop facilitator. Born in the Turks & Caicos Islands. Interaction with guests: We are available to offer any assistance desired and which we can render to ensure your stay is comfortable, enjoyable and pleasantly memorable. We make recommendations, where requested, for ground transportation etc.. In-house, we can provide at discounted rates, airport transfers and jaunts into downtown etc. for up to 11/13 persons. Alternatively, we can assist with securing car rental at preferential rates with a booking with us.
We are located in the eastern end of the island of New Providence, Bahamas. Near to supermarket, pizza eatery, hamburger chain, restaurants. Quiet, middle class residential. Small park 5 minutes' walk away on same street. Very convenient location
