One King West Hotel and Residence, hotel in Toronto

Built in 1914, this downtown Toronto hotel blends historic charm and elegance with modern conveniences. St. Lawrence Market and the Hockey Hall of Fame are less than 10 minutes' walk away.

The location was great - walking distance to great restaurants, bars, the Baseball and the Pier. The rooms were spacious and we had a decent view. Would be good for business, maybe not so much for couples.

Everything on your doorstep, subway very easy to manage, people soooo friendly. One negative I wouldn't visit niagra falls again very tacky with high prices, train service the one in morning next service nine thirty at night, so really got ripped off 👍. Found a very nasty knife/blade at niagra train station. Younge street the best.

    Overall, a pleasant stay.

Overall, a pleasant stay. Way too much construction, however. Local sites. such as the Hockey Hall of Fame, Rogers Center, Ripley's Aquarium, CN Tower & Art Gallery of Ontario all places well worth going to with most being in walking distance of each other. The Bottom Line Restuarant was our Lunch time venue, service was great. The 360 Restuarant at the CN Tower was our dinner venue. Such an amazing experience. If you drive to the downtown & waterfront areas, be sure to add extra time as construction is everywhere.

It is not nice, you do not sleep, there is a lot of talking on the phone in the hall, and the room has a pipe of water in the bathroom, and when I arrived at the apartment, he said to me, “Give me 100€ as a guarantee for a bad apartment.”

Great location away from the crazy downtown core but it was also just a cheap Uber ride to the CN Tower. The hotel was very clean, as was the room. The staff were pleasant and the bellhop was exceptionally nice to speak to on the morning we left. He seemed genuinely happy to be there. I was only there for a short stay but I told my spouse that if we were ever back in Toronto area I’d like to stay there again. The parking was also only $18 for 24 hours which is very well priced considering the area.

The hotel is amazingly quiet, given its location in downtown Toronto, surrounded by construction projects. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated the full kitchen, which had very basic equipment, allowing us to self cater very comfortably. The staff were helpful and very prompt when we requested a few extra pieces of kitchen ware. Parking was easy and reasonably priced. The Town Inn is definitely our home away in Toronto.

Second time staying here. The room is small, but what else to expect in such a central location downtown. Enough room to fit two Queen beds, a dresser, a desk, and a small bathroom. Amazing to have the pool -- want to return in the summer for the rooftop patio! Staff were very friendly again, breakfast buffet excellent and cheaper if you book it upon check-in. Will stay here again because it is by far the best value in a downtown hotel I have found.

Access to underground Toronto inside the lobby. Staff was very helpful. A great option for a cheaper hotel in Toronto. We originally booked a more expensive hotel by the CN Tower but this was just as good. The rooms are fine, no problems. Decent location near downtown and no complaints really. They even have breakfast which is decent, although there can be queues but that's because of the people taking ages to walk around in line!

Clean room and bathroom. I stayed in a king bed room with a patio, that was really cool. Room 848. Patio was the best part, it faces College Park Ice Trail.
